Overview
Whole 30 is a Direct-To-Consumer Ecommerce company that was founded by Melissa Urban in 2009.

Its goal is to provide a path to total health and food freedom by using effective dietary measures and providing healthy recipes found in its 30 Day Guide.

The company had initially released an online guide containing a variety of healthy recipes, however, Whole 30 has recently expanded its offerings with a new product line. .

Whole 30 now offers healthy alternative salad dressings as well as the 30 Day Guide and has helped millions of people battle back against their bad health and poor eating habits.

The challenge

While the company had established itself through the 30 Day Guide to Food Freedom, it still hadn’t released a single physical product.

Because of this, the company needed to develop a holistic marketing strategy involving several different channels to effectively bring a new product to market and help generate online sales.

Our team implemented a full-funnel digital marketing strategy that included paid search, paid social, and email marketing to help drive website traffic, increase conversions, and scale online revenue.

To effectively introduce a new product to the market, we had to develop an in-depth, full-funnel marketing strategy.

We started by engaging in conversion rate optimization to create a customer journey that led buyers directly to the new products.

We then developed and implemented paid search and paid social advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website and increase conversions.

Finally we implemented a full-funnel email marketing campaign to increase customer retention and customer lifetime value.

Reorganized and redesigned web pages to showcase the most relevant and important information to build customer confidence. A/B tested several different features including content and thumbnails, add to cart buttons, and subscription models

Design, develop, and implement new customer acquisition strategy on Google & Youtube through Search, Display, Retargeting, and Shopping campaign types to acquire new customers and increase conversions

Design and launch new digital advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram through Prospecting, Retargeting, Dynamic Product, and LTV campaign types to achieve significantly higher ROAS and decrease CPA.
