OVERVIEW

Tiny Headed Kingdom is the online marketplace for the cult favorite, stuffed animals that have tiny heads but huge hearts.

The company, based in Sherman Oaks, California, and led by CEO, Zach Tiny, prides itself on inclusivity and creating a community for people to be proud of who they are while having a friend that can follow them anywhere they go.

Starting out with the original Tiny Headed plush toy, Pip, the company has expanded its collection to include several different animals as well as multiple Pip styles for customers to choose from.

THE CHALLENGE

Tiny Headed Kingdom’s signature animals experienced viral growth and popularity through organic social channels but the brand was struggling to capitalize on this growth through other channels.

Because of this, they needed the help of an experienced digital marketing agency to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to CAC and LTV.

Our team had to implement a conversion rate optimization project, paid advertising on on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Amazon, and TikTok as well as full-funnel email marketing flows.

We started off by engaging in a conversion rate optimization project to ensure that the current website was able to convert website traffic at or above industry standards by providing an intuitive buyer’s experience.

At the same time we began developing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Youtube to establish a effective strategies on the foundational digital marketing channels.

We then developed full-funnel email marketing flows to retarget past website visitors and purchasers with relevant content to drive re-engagement, increase online conversions, and scale customer lifetime value.

Finally, we developed and implemented paid advertising campaigns on TikTok and Amazon to continue to scale customer acquisition strategies by expanding our online presence with an omni-channel digital marketing approach.

STRATEGIES

01 Design and develop a new custom Shopify eCommerce store using UI/UX design to enhance the customer experience.
02 Design, develop, and implement new customer acquisition strategy on Google, Youtube, and Amazon through Search, Display, Retargeting, and Shopping campaign types to acquire new customers and increase conversions
03 Design, develop, and implement new customer acquisition strategy on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through Prospecting, Retargeting, DPA, and LTV campaign types to achieve significantly higher ROAS and lower CPA.
04 Implement a full-funnel email marketing strategy to generate new subscribers, create automated flows and engage users with new email campaigns to increase ROAS and customer lifetime value.
