The Nail Hub is an Ecommerce beauty/cosmetic brand that was co-founded by Elizabeth and Hermann Morris in 2015.

The company has established itself as the ultimate destination of professional-grade gel nails products for salon professionals.

The Nail Hub had done a great job at scaling its Ecommerce business using organic search and social as well as word of mouth but now continues to expand their customer base using full-funnel digital marketing strategies.

THE CHALLENGE

The company had done a great job at establishing itself as a key player in the industry but needed help to continue to scale their online customer acquisition and retention.

Because of this, they partnered with Adspace to implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies aimed at profitable customer acquisition and retention from prospecting to post-purchase retargeting.

Our team developed, executed, and managed paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube as well as automated email marketing campaigns.

To continue to scale their Ecommerce business in a sustainable and profitable manner the Adspace team needed to execute on a full-funnel strategy.

We began by performing an in-depth audit of the brand to identify their unique value proposition, target customer demographics, hero products, as well as overall market trends.

From there we began implementing a push & pull acquisition strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube. By pushing our ads in front of relevant users on Facebook and Instagram we were able to increase brand awareness and drive relevant traffic to the website to convert. By implementing a pull strategy on Google and Youtube we ensured we were capturing all high intent traffic.

Finally, we implemented full-funnel automated email marketing flows that retargeted past users and purchasers based on their funnel stage, logical timing, and previous consumer behavior to serve them relevant messaging to drive re-engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
