Silk & Salt is an online fashion/apparel brand that designs clothing to honor the needs of modern women.

The company combines empowering and timeless designs with classic style and high quality fabrics to ensure each piece becomes a staple in every woman's wardrobe.

The company launched its Ecommerce website in 2020 to act as an inclusive platform for uniting women across the country with unmatched fashion and engaging content.

THE CHALLENGE

Silk & Salt had done a great job of developing an engaging Ecommerce site and curating a robust product catalog but was having trouble positioning itself in front of relevant audiences and driving website traffic.

Because of this, they needed to re-engineer their digital marketing strategies to acquire new online customers.

We had to develop and implement an omni-channel paid advertising strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase online conversions.

To ensure we were positioning the brand in front of as many relevant users as possible in a profitable way we implemented paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Google/Youtube, Pinterest, and TikTok.

We began by performing an in-depth audit of their brand, best-selling products, target customer demographics, and previous digital marketing strategies.

We then developed full-funnel advertising campaigns on each platform to ensure we were driving new and relevant website traffic, increasing conversions, and retargeting previous visitors to drive re-engagement and increase lifetime value.
