Founded in 2008, Bobby Chiu created Schoolism as an innovative way to make a high level of education in art available completely online and accessible to anyone wishing to improve their artistic abilities.
Schoolism provides recorded courses, critique sessions, workshops, descriptions of the instructors subscribers are taught by, and comprehensive interviews with top artists from around the world.
However, after securing a passionate consumer base the company struggled scaling out profitable acquisition strategies. It was crucial for this to be placated for future success.
In response, our team analyzed the situation, designed and executed an extensive campaign that utilized Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads as well as a full-funnel email marketing strategy.
Next, we used that information to design, develop and implement a new customer acquisition strategy on Facebook and Instagram to achieve higher ROAS and lower CPA.
Then, we used Search, Display, Retargeting, and Shopping campaign types on Google to acquire new customers and maximize conversions.
Finally, we implemented a full-funnel email marketing strategy to generate new subscribers, create automated flows, and engage with customers to increase ROAS and customer lifetime value.
