Adspace had to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies to circumvent the iOS14 update to scale Magbak’s Ecommerce business in a profitable manner.
We immediately began implementing paid advertising campaigns for Facebook that were developed specifically to counteract the iOS14 update and ensure profitability on the platform.
Next we implemented search, display, and shopping ads on Google and Youtube to ensure we were capturing all high intent traffic currently shopping for our products.
Finally, we implemented fully automated email marketing campaigns on Klaviyo to increase customer lifetime value by retargeting existing customers to cross-sell/upsell them.
