Lights Lacquer is beauty company specializing in the production of high quality, vegan nail polish. The company was founded by Kathleen Lights in 2019 and is based in Miami, Florida.

The company offers cruelty-free, vegan nail polish that brings nostalgia, timelessness and unique, luxury color with every application.

Lights Lacquer was able to build traction on the back of the founder, and social media influencer’s, already large following.

The company is now netting close to double their annual revenue and has experienced tremendous growth in both customer acquisition and retention.


THE CHALLENGE

Lights Lacquer had been very successful at leveraging organic social media marketing to build an online presence but lacked a holistic digital marketing strategy to provide long term sustainable growth.

Because of this, they needed to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across site experience, acquisitions, and retention channels.

Although they already had a an ecommerce Shopify site, they needed to redesign it to create a more direct customer journey and optimize it for conversions.

We had to implement conversion rate optimization, paid advertising, and customer retention strategies to help the brand achieve the ability to grow and to scale.

We then began implementing paid advertising campaigns to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and acquire new customers profitably.

Once we were able to fill the funnel our team developed extensive email marketing strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
