Lights Lacquer is beauty company specializing in the production of high quality, vegan nail polish. The company was founded by Kathleen Lights in 2019 and is based in Miami, Florida.

The company offers cruelty-free, vegan nail polish that brings nostalgia, timelessness and unique, luxury color with every application.

Lights Lacquer was able to build traction on the back of the founder, and social media influencer’s, already large following.

The company is now netting close to double their annual revenue and has experienced tremendous growth in both customer acquisition and retention.

THE CHALLENGE

Lights Lacquer had been very successful at leveraging organic social media marketing to build an online presence but lacked a holistic digital marketing strategy that included performance advertising to provide long term sustainable growth.

Because of this, they needed to implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all acquisitions and retention channels.

We had to implement a holistic digital marketing strategy including customer acquisition on paid search and paid social, as well as customer retention strategies through effective email marketing.
