Koala is an Australian based Direct-To-Consumer mattress brand that was started in 2015 by founders Dany Milham and Mitchell Taylor.

The company offers high quality, yet sustainable beds that are delivered directly to your door in a box. Some well known competitors include Casper, Lisa, and Purple.

Koala immediately experienced massive growth and was one of the first hugely successful Direct-To-Consumer Ecommerce brands in Australia.

Koala is now an international Direct-To-Consumer brand operating in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea.

The challenge

Koala had been hugely successful growing and scaling their Ecommerce business. However, due to such rapid growth, the company had lost touch with its paid search and social acquisition channels.

Because of this, they needed to completely restructure and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies on paid search and social channels to acquire new customers profitably

Although they already had existing campaigns and strategies in place, the account needed a total restructure to implement effective digital marketing strategies.

We had to develop and structure their digital marketing team, while implementing effective strategies to continue to scale their digital marketing efforts and increase online revenue.

In order to continue to scale the company, we restructured their paid search and paid social acquisition channels to implement highly effective comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the funnel.
