The organization holds companies such as Judaica, Kosher Wines and JWines, as well as Apex Trading and a wine logistics entity that allows Israeli winemakers to sell direct-to-consumer

JCommerce is very established and continues to expand with new brands, holdings, and customer acquisition.

THE CHALLENGE

While JCommerce is a very established organization, it still needed help improving its performance marketing metrics in order to continue expanding.

It needed to implement a new set of strategies that would exceed expectations by increasing customer acquisition, drive conversions, and scaling online revenue.

The organization needed the help of a highly qualified digital marketing team to execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy including conversion rate optimization, performance advertising, and email marketing.

Before we could effectively scale the brand and its companies we needed to implement several digital marketing strategies across the funnel.

We began by engaging in conversion rate optimization to ensure the website was converting at or above industry standards while also improving subscription rates.

We were then able to implement effective performance advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Youtube to drive targeted website traffic.

Finally, we developed and implemented a full-funnel email marketing strategy to drive conversions while also increasing customer retention and lifetime value.

STRATEGIES

01 Reorganized and redesigned web pages to showcase the most relevant and important information to build customer confidence. A/B tested several different features including content and thumbnails, add to cart buttons, and subscription models.
02 Design, develop, and implement new customer acquisition strategy on Google & Youtube through Search, Display, Retargeting, and Shopping campaign types to acquire new customers and increase conversions.
03 Design and launch new digital advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram through Prospecting, Retargeting, Dynamic Product, and LTV campaigns to achieve significantly higher ROAS and lower CPA.
04 Implement a full-funnel Email Marketing strategy to generate new subscribers, create automated flows and engage users with new emails campaigns to increase ROAS and customer lifetime value.
