OVERVIEW

Doyle & Doyle is a DTC jewelry brand co-founded by sisters, Irene and Elizabeth Doyle, with the idea that jewelry is more than just an accessory; each piece is personal to each individual and becomes a part of their life and life story.

The company was created in the U.S. and currently operated out of New York, New York, where each piece of jewelry is delicately designed to be more than an item to own but a signature of yourself.

Doyle & Doyle has a diverse collection of antique, vintage, and modern jewelry for everything from children's pieces to masterfully designed and curated engagement rings and heirloom pieces.

THE CHALLENGE

The company had established an online presence but was having trouble driving traffic and conversions through their online marketplace.

Because of this they needed to develop a full-funnel digital marketing strategy that drove relevant website traffic to fully optimized landing pages and retargeted previous visitors to drive re-engagement and conversions.

Our team had to develop and implement conversion rate optimization strategies, paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, as well as full-funnel email marketing flows.

To start off our engagement, our team performed an in-depth audit of the brands guidelines, products, target customer demographics, and current advertising strategies to identify key areas of opportunity. We also did an in-depth analysis of the website and compiled traffic reports to identify key areas of optimization on each landing page.

We then began a conversion rate optimization project where we redesigned and developed existing landing pages to ensure the company’s website converted at or above industry standards.

At the same time we began developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to puch the brand in front of relevant users and retarget previous website visitors and purchasers.

Finally we implemented full-funnel email marketing flows targeting and re-engage previous website visitors and purchasers to drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value.

STRATEGIES

01 Engage in an in-depth brand audit to understand target customer demographic, unique value proposition, brand voice and guidelines, as well as current marketing funnel, and overall market trends.
02 Design and develop a new custom Shopify eCommerce store using UI/UX design to enhance the customer experience.
03 Design, develop, and implement new customer acquisition strategy on Facebook & Instagram through Prospecting, Retargeting, DPA, and LTV campaign types to achieve significantly higher ROAS and lower CPA.
04 Implement a full-funnel email marketing strategy to generate new subscribers, create automated flows and engage users with new email campaigns to increase ROAS and customer lifetime value.
