Bramble Berry
Bramble Berry is the category leader in DIY soap, skincare, and candle-making supplies.
Serving hobbyists, creators, and small business owners, the brand is known for its premium ingredients, creative kits, and educational content.
With rising acquisition costs and seasonal demand volatility, Bramble Berry turned to Adspace to reengineer their paid media strategy, re-establish revenue growth, and stabilize full-funnel efficiency across Meta, Google, and Microsoft.
The challenge
Despite a loyal base and strong organic presence, Bramble Berry’s paid acquisition systems were outdated.
Ad accounts were fragmented, performance visibility was limited, and their highest-traffic category, fragrance oils, was suppressing AOV and MER.
Simultaneously, recent mobile-focused UX updates tanked desktop conversion rates, triggering sharp declines in revenue and platform trust signals.
The client needed more than just optimization, they needed a full-funnel reset that preserved brand equity while restoring profitable growth.
The solution
Adspace executed a cross-channel transformation rooted in performance architecture, creative testing, and conversion-rate recovery.
On Meta, we deployed Advantage+ Shopping and a TOF/MOF/BOF structure that prioritized ROAS-positive UGC and kit bundles.
On Google and Microsoft, we rebuilt shopping feeds, refreshed campaign segmentation, and launched brand protection and competitor conquesting.
Most importantly, we introduced a strategic feedback loop between media and UX to avoid further erosion of behavioral data and post-click performance. Within weeks, ROAS rebounded and MER stabilized.
Strategies
01.
Rebuilt Full Account Structures on Meta, Google, and Microsoft to isolate revenue-driving audiences and minimize wasted spend.
02.
Launched AOV-Lifting Offers and hero product campaigns to shift reliance away from low-margin SKUs and increase cart value.
03.
Engineered Data Integrity Protocols to mitigate impact of UX changes, improve platform signal strength, and restore ROAS across Paid Social.
04.
Integrated Creative with Conversion Data, focusing on seasonal themes (e.g., Handmade Holidays, Valentine's Kits) and optimized landing paths to maximize performance.
05.
Layered Paid Search Conquesting and branded retargeting to outbid Amazon, Wholesale Supply Plus, and other top competitors during high-intent shopping windows.
