As part of the project, the agency would need to create custom geo-targeted landing pages to effectively target potential fans and sell them tickets to the concert nearest to their location.
We began by crafting a seamless digital strategy to effectively target, engage, and convert the right customer at the right time.
We created a custom landing page with a custom geo-targeting function to automatically record the city and country when visitors submitted their information. Based on this data, we could then segment users into different geographical groups and send customized emails to purchase tickets to the concert nearest to them.
We combined everything together to create a seamless user experience. Fans were targeted with ads promoting the tour, they entered their details on the website, and were automatically sent an email with a ticket link to the concert nearest to them. Overall, the strategy was highly successful in driving ticket sales to Black Coffee's tour.
