Bakerly is a direct-to-consumer baked goods company that places a premium on authentic recipes and quality ingredients.

The company, which is based in Miami, was founded by Julien and Fabian, two “Bretons” from Northwestern France, who combined their passion and love for good food to classic french pastries with customers across the globe.

Bakerly offers a diverse array of ready-to-eat baked goods made with high-quality ingredients such as croissants, crepes, pancakes, and brioche bread.

THE CHALLENGE

The company had a strong brand and product line of high-quality snack items but lacked an effective brand awareness and demand generation strategy.

Bakerly needed to find a way to position itself in front of relevant and highly engaged users to engage, convert, and nurture them into loyal customers.

Because of this, the company partnered with Adpsace to develop and implement a cross-channel digital marketing strategy.

Our partnership began with a brand analysis to identify key information such as hero products, target customer demographics, unique value propositions, current strategies, and market trends.

Next, we develop a top-of-funnel brand awareness strategy on TikTok ads, leveraging the platform's lower CPs to introduce the brand to new and engaged users, driving website traffic and conversions.

From there, we developed a full-funnel paid ads strategy on Facebook & Instagram that positioned the brand in front of relevant users to engage, nurture and convert through the online store.

Finally, we developed and implemented in-depth paid search campaigns on Google to capture all high-intent traffic intended to convert and nurture online shoppers into loyal customers.
